I have been fishing since I was in a car seat, so I am told.  As I aged, fishing began to become a larger part of my life. From fishing bluegills to bass, I enjoyed them all.  Then I caught my first musky. Which would change my life forever. In 2002, I founded Top Water Fishing LLC, a guide service that focused on teaching others to catch muskies rather than just putting muskies in the boat.  For the last 5 years I have successfully fished both the WMT and the IMS with 1st place finishes in both tournament trails.  I am currently on the pro-staff of Night Fishing Solutions; Blue Water LED, Tooth Tamer Fishing Rods, Fittante Replicas, Pixidermy, Brookfield Dentistry, Tackle Industries, Dreamcatcher Bucktails, and NeverSnag Tackle.  I'm also on the board of directors for the Ironman muskies Series and the Elite Musky Series.

I have been musky fishing for over 20 years. Ever since my first fish on a figure eight, I have not been able to fish for any other. My true joy in life is sharing this amazing fish with others. I have fished from Canada to Kentucky for musky. I am well educated in all the new fishing techniques as well as the old standbys. I am one of PMTT's top 50 for the last 5 years in a row and have placed in many various musky tournaments.  I won team of the year for the IMTT for 2009.  Musky Sucker Guide Service has been the top producing guide service in Northern Illinois for the past 5 years.
I began fishing over 45 years ago and can say that other than my family, I have no greater passion. I have always wanted to become a professional fisherman, 26 years ago I decided to put those dreams on hold and put my Engineering and business education to work while raising my family. In 1994 I formed Midwest Garage Door Company. Thanks to a great staff and the support of my family. I am now able to do what I have always wanted to do.In 2006 I started fishing the PMTT and the IMTT. In my first season I finished 5th in the Ranger Cup World Championship and have qualified for the championship every year since. Over the past few years I have had many top 10 finishes in various tournaments, including a 3rd place finish in the 2009 World Championship. I truly enjoy the friendships that have come along the way, being a licensed guide and fishing all over the world I have made some great friends over the years. I also own and operate “Fishing with Dewey” a guide service where I enjoy teaching others the joys and rush of musky fishing. Since Spencer could hold a fishing rod he has been a passionate angler. At the age of ten he caught his first musky, and from that day he has been all about musky every time he gets on the water. When he was sixteen he began fishing professional musky tournaments as a boat captain. He quickly became the youngest boat captain to cash checks on The Wisconsin Musky Trail, Indiana Classic, Indiana Cash Tournament Series, and The Professional Musky Trail. For the last five years, Spencer has spent his non-tournament time as a professional musky guide. He is currently the founder and owner of Spencer’s Angling Adventures, operating in both Indiana and the Minneapolis areas.  His sponsors include such companies as Reaction Strike, Trophy Technologies, Just Encase, Big Game Tackle Company, Suick Lures, Musky Innovations, Tuffy Boats and Mercury Marine.

There is one thing that has been with me since the first time I picked up a fishing rod, the passion for fishing. I have been fishing since the age of 5 and musky fishing for 20+ years. Since the first time I had a follow my fishing passion became focused on the elusive musky. I am married and have a son and I'm lucky that my wife and son both share my passion for fishing. I spent 6 years as a volunteer firefighter before giving way to corporate America. Donnie and I share the same passions for firefighting and musky fishing, and have been sharing a boat hunting the elusive musky for years now. We not only fish tournaments, we spend as much time on local waters as schedules allow chasing skies. One of the things I love most about musky fishing is you are always learning, gaining new skills and knowledge.
Mark Stanislawski
I have been fishing for 20+ years, since before I can even remember.  My dad taught me to fish at a young age, up until five years ago I had never fished for Musky.  After fishing for them the first time, I haven't fished for anything else since.  I started fishing in tournaments four years ago.  Last season in the PMTT, I was ranked in the top fifteen at the end of the year.  I have several top 10 finishes and look to build on that in the years ahead.  Fishing is my favorite hobby and I wish I could wake up every morning to do it.  Currently I am the operations manager for Midwest Garage Door Company in Pawnee, Illinois. I hope to be able to advance into running the company and being able to get more time on the water.  I am also looking at getting my guide and captain's license in the next two years.  I have two great girls In my life a seven year old daughter Kylie and my fiancé Allison which both mean the world to me and support me in everything I do.

I grew up on the shores of the Phillips Chain of Lakes and can't remember a time that I wasn't chasing Musky. I started working at the local sport shop when I was 16 and bought Ross's Sport Shop 5 months after getting out of high school. I started guiding shortly after that seeing a need for a quality guide in our area. 18 years later my Parents, Wife, 2 Sons, and I still run Ross's Sport Shop & Guide Service in downtown Phillips WI. I am sponsored by Tooth Tamer Rods, Dreamcatcher Bucktails, Bobbie Baits, Pallbearer Glide Baits, Big Bite Tackle Co., and Fishtails Jigs. I am also a Tournament Director for the Phillips Chain Charity Classic Musky Tournament where all the money raised goes to the local Hospice program.

I have been a full time firefighter in Wisconsin since 2002. I am married with three kids and have a passion for musky fishing. I have been fishing my whole life and got into musky fishing around 2002. I have been fishing together with Mark Stanislawski for years and have began fishing musky tournament with him also. Now I help run the Ironman Musky Series and the new Elite Musky Series with a good group of guys and sponsors. I am looking at broadening my skills as a fisherman and a person.

Top Predator Outdoors is a vision that started with me back in 2006. I have been fishing my whole life and now today it is my TRUE PASSION.  I started fishing on a competitive level 10 years ago. During those years I have fished with and met many great people. Many of them are members of this site. I have received many awards over the years including my biggest achievement, in 2007 I won the PMTT Top Gun award. This made me the #1 ranked angler in professional musky fishing in 2008. I am also a licensed guide and captain. I own and operate River Hunter Guide service. I, along with other guides, on this site hope that you will join us for some great fishing. I have been married to my GREAT wife Linda for 16 wonderful years. We have 2 children that are both married and have 3 grandkids. Without Linda’s support my dreams and visions would not be possible.
